NOTE: This authorizes the City Manager to sign a six (6) month Park Resident Lease Agreement for City-owned property located at 4100 66th Street North. The employee has been under agreement with the City since February 14, 2013 to live and locate their Mobile Home at 4100 66th Avenue North. A Notice of Intent to Dispose of this property located at 4100 66th Avenue North was closed on March 2, 2023; only one proposal was received and it was from the current employee tenant.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to sign a six (6) month agreement commencing on April 1, 2023 until October 31, 2023 with the current employee tenant.
