NOTE: This authorizes the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Chairperson to sign a Warranty Deed transferring ownership of a 15 by 15 foot corner clip to be dedicated as public right-of-way located at 6200 Park Boulevard to the City of Pinellas Park. The Warranty Deed has been prepared and approved by the City Attorney.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the CRA Chairperson to sign a Warranty Deed transferring ownership of real property from the CRA to the City of Pinellas Park.
