NOTE:  The existing Water Quality and Assessment Agreement is scheduled to end December 31, 2025.  This agreement will assist the City in meeting its obligations under NPDES Permit FL S000005-004.  The County may provide ambient water quality sampling, monitoring plan design, data review and analysis, reporting, and planning services for the City.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pinellas County for the ambient water monitoring and reporting.
