NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to execute a Warranty Deed transferring ownership of several City-owned lots north of Sprowls Horizon Sports Park to the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). The transfer supports the CRA's efforts within the redevelopment area. The Warranty Deed has been prepared and approved by the City Attorney's Office.
