NOTE: This authorizes the City Manager to sign a Continuation of Standard Grant Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the development of Sprowls Horizon Sports Park. The original agreement expired December 31, 2023 and was extended until December 31, 2025.
