NOTE: This item is for the purchase of manhole rehabilitation services (located at various locations within the City) with all associated materials, delivery, and labor to be provided by Infrastructure Rehab USA, Inc. (401 Edwards Street, Suite 2100, Shreveport, LA 71101) who is currently part of the Purchasing Cooperative Contract PCA OD-406-24. This Purchasing Cooperative Contract will be for one (1) year with the option of two (2) additional one (1) year contract extensions. The total cost for this program is $500,000.00 and will be charged to Manhole Rehab and Mainline Cleaning, account 301381-562538, Project String 26381/536.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for Manhole Rehab and Mainline Cleaning Program in the amount of $500,000.00 to be charged to the appropriate account and two (2) additional one (1) year contract extensions.
