NOTE: This is an Ordinance to amend Section 18-1526.3 “Permitted and Conditional Uses” by amending Table 18-1526.3 “Authorized Uses in P District” to allow Communication Towers as a primary use in the P Zoning District when the property has a Land Use designation of Transportation/Utility (TU). Conditional Use approval would be required.
