NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a Perpetual Maintenance Agreement with Miserere Guild, Inc. dba Calvary Catholic Cemetery and all future parcel owners to maintain a private driveway that is within a public right-of-way. This agreement will be in place as long as the development and driveway exists. The proposed agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney's office.
