NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a Facility Encroachment Agreement, Agreement No. CSX1039192, between the City of Pinellas Park and CSX Transportation, Inc. (500 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202) for the installation of a new 42" forcemain serving the Pinellas Park/Pinellas County Joint Interceptor project in the CSX right-of-way. The estimated cost for this agreement is $6,750.00 and should be charged to account 301381-562538, 26381/555-CONSTR.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign a Facility Encroachment Agreement No. CSX1039192 with CSX Transportation, Inc. for the installation of a new 42" forcemain serving the Pinellas Park/Pinellas County Joint Interceptor project in the CSX right-of-way. The estimated cost for this agreement is $6,750.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
