AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN ADDENDUM FOR SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION - Waste Management, Inc. of Florida

NOTE: This is Addendum No. 2 of the City's Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Contract with Waste Management, Inc of Florida. This addendum allows for Waste Management to act as the billing and collection agent for all container services within the City, provides the City with a 10% Franchise Fee for those services, introduces Waste Management's C.L.E.A.N. Program for commercial customers, and establishes a more predictable index-based rate schedule.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to sign Addendum No. 2 between the City of Pinellas Park and Waste Management, Inc. of Florida.
