NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a formal termination of the Development Agreement dated June 23, 2022, between the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), the City of Pinellas Park, and Premier Neurospine Institute, LLC.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Community Redevelopment Agency Chairperson to sign a formal termination of a Development Agreement between the Pinellas Park CRA, the City of Pinellas Park, and Premier Neurospine Institute, LLC.
