NOTE: The pipe located between residential homes 6447 107th Terrace and 6453 107th Terrace has failed due to Hurricane Milton's excessive rain and is in need of immediate repairs. Vortex Services has been approved to perform emergency repairs by the attached memorandum dated October 22, 2024, in the amount not to exceed $45,725.00 that shall be charged to account number 001293-533109.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for Emergency Pipe Lining Repair located at 6447 107th Terrace and 6453 107th Terrace to be conducted by Vortex Services, in the amount not to exceed $45,725.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
