NOTE: This is a Federally Funded Subaward and Grant Agreement to be executed between the City and the Florida Division of Emergency Management in order for the City to obtain Federal funding reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for communities to respond to and recover from major disasters or emergencies. Subsequent agreements related to Hurricane Ian will be executed as they are approved by FEMA.

ACTION: (Approve -Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign Subaward and Grant Agreement No. Z3040 and all subsequent subawards and grant agreements and modifications related to Hurricane Ian.
