NOTE: Per Ordinance No. 2025-34, the previously appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Commission will also serve as members of the Board of Adjustment for the remainder of their current Planning and Zoning Commission terms. The Planning and Zoning Commission members are Neil Kummerer Jr. (term expires July 31, 2027), Bruce Dally (term expires July 31, 2027), Linda Ruble (term expires July 31, 2026), John VonHof (term expires July 31, 2026), Kevin Davis (term expires July 31, 2026), James Uliasz (term expires July 31, 2026), and Joanne Dauphin (term expires July 31, 2026).

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) The appointment of the Planning and Zoning Commission members to serve as members of the Board of Adjustment (BOA), in addition to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
