NOTE:  The City of Pinellas Park has requested a right-of-way easement from JE Construction and Remodeling LLC for the property located at 5120 65th Avenue N (Parcel 33-30-16-64800-000-0110).

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City of Pinellas Park to accept a right-of-way easement from JE Construction and Remodeling LLC.
