NOTE: This resolution approves the 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan, authorizes staff to submit the application, and authorizes the Mayor to execute the contract with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $369,908. CDBG funds will be used to continue the Harmony Heights Safety and Mobility Project ($339,908) and for Planning and Administration costs ($30,000). No in-kind or cash matches are required by the CDBG program.
