NOTE: In August 2023, the City entered into a lease agreement with Pedroff & Pedroff, LLC, doing business as Roe’s Deli Station, for City-owned property located at 5851-D Park Boulevard. The lease was for an initial term of one year. The proposed agreement is for a month-to-month tenancy with the option for either party to cancel within 60 days. Monthly lease payments will be Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($637.19).

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to sign a lease agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pedroff & Pedroff, LLC, doing business as Roe’s Deli Station, for property located at 5851-D Park Boulevard.
