NOTE: This authorizes the City Manager to sign an amendment to an agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection extending the project completion date for the Youth Park Sports Complex (Sprowls Horizon Sports Park) to August 31, 2026 and the grant period to October 30, 2026.
