NOTE:  In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) guidelines, Substantial Amendments are being made to the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan.  The Substantial Amendments reprioritize the priority areas for utilizing the CDBG-CV funds that were allocated to the City through HUD.  Two priority areas of need were identified through public comments and research conducted by staff: 1) Public Infrastructure Improvements and 2) Planning and Administration.  CDBG-CV program funds do not require a City match.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Adopt-Deny) Resolution No. 23-22.
