NOTE:  Requesting authorization to enter into a three-year agreement with NeoGov (2120 Park Pl. Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245) for a Learning and Training Management System subscription. The total cost of $95,872.64, will be billed in twelve-month increments to account #501851-533109.

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization to sign a three-year agreement with NeoGov (El Segundo, CA 90245) for a total cost of $95,872.64 for the NeoGov Learning and Training Management System subscription, to be charged to the appropriate account.
