NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a Temporary Right of Entry Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and CSX Transportation, Inc. (500 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202) for road repairs along 82nd Avenue in the CSX right-of-way. The estimated cost for this agreement is $36,852.00 and should be charged to account 301481-562538, 24481/104-PROGRAM-CONSTRUT.
