NOTE: Change Order No. 1 is recommended to amend the final quantities after the City-wide meter audit has been completed. This includes the additional meters, lids and boxes and the associated labor that were not included in the original scope of this contract. The increase in the contract amount totals $432,889.12; an increase in the contract amount by 4.66%. The account to be charged will be 301381-562538 24381/535. The original contract amount is $9,279,657.59.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for approval and acceptance of Change Order No. 1 for RFP 24.001 Advanced Water Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System, provided by Badger Meter, Inc. (4545 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, WI 53223); an increase in the contract amount of $432,889.12, for a total adjusted contract amount of $9,712,546.71 to be charged to the appropriate account.
