NOTE: This item authorizes the Mayor to sign a First Amendment to an existing Interlocal Ditch Maintenance Agreement between Pinellas County and the City of Pinellas Park. The amendment extends the term of the agreement for an additional 5 years. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged.
