NOTE: This is an ordinance to adopt a Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) overlay to develop a four-story 919-unit Secure Climate Controlled Storage Facility at the south east corner of Gateway Centre Boulevard and U.S. Highway 19 North, with a landscaping waiver for the south buffer, and a variance to reduce the number of loading spaces.
