NOTE: This ordinance amends the way “mixed use” is referenced throughout the Land Development Code. Currently, the code lists “mixed use” in multiple variations, such as “Mixed Use Multi-family/Office/Personal Services/Retail,” “Mixed use; residential/office,” “Mixed use; residential/office/personal services/retail,” and “Mixed use; residential/office/personal services/retail.” The proposed amendment will standardize all references to simply read “mixed use”. This update is intended to streamline the code and make the mixed-use designation clearer and easier to apply.
