NOTE: This authorizes the replacement of the gym HVAC at the Forbes Recreation Center per our Citywide HVAC Replacement under the Trades Contract ITB 25.009 to JV Systems Services of Tampa Bay (6334 46th Street N., Pinellas Park, FL 33781). The total cost of $85,557.50 will be charged to account 301175-562520 project number 26175/232-PROGRAM IMPROVE.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Approval of the gym HVAC replacement at Forbes Recreation Center with JV Systems Services for $85,557.50 to be charged to the appropriate account.
