NOTE: This agreement will assist the City in meeting it's obligations under NPDES Permit FLS000005004. This will allow the City to reimburse the County for the City's portion of the NPDES Annual Regulatory Program and Surveillance Fee.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pinellas County for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Annual Regulatory Program and Surveillance Fee.
