NOTE: These seven (7) Infinity full color double sided LED display signs are replacements for the following locations, City Hall, England Brothers Park, Park Station, 49th Street Tower, 58th Street Tower and two (2) for Performing Arts Center for Communications & Marketing Department. The cost for these LED signs is $255,363.00 to be charged to account number 301175-562520 project 24175/201-CONSTR under the 2023-2024 budget page 290.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase and install under the GSA Contract # GS03F0055W seven (7) Infinity full color double sided LED signs for Communications & Marketing Department from Signs Plus, New Ideas - New Technologies, Inc., Sarasota, Florida, at a cost of $255,363.00 which includes a five (5) year warranty to be charged to the appropriate account.
