NOTE: This authorizes the City of Pinellas Park to accept a Warranty Deed transferring ownership of a 15 by 15 foot corner clip to be dedicated as public right-of-way located at 6200 Park Boulevard from the Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to the City of Pinellas Park. The Warranty Deed has been prepared and approved by the City Attorney.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City of Pinellas Park to accept a Warranty Deed transferring ownership of real property from the CRA to the City of Pinellas Park.
