NOTE:  Bids were legally advertised and two (2) bids were received with Timm Group Building and General Contractor (1247 S. Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689) being the lowest bidder with a submittal of $372,000.00.  The account to be charged is 301382-562538, 24382/750-IMPROVE.  The amount budgeted for this project is $350,000.00.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization to award bid 23.001 for 37th Street Culvert Repair to Timm Group Building and General Contract to be charged to the appropriate budget account.
