NOTE:  Hurricane Milton disaster debris removal and management services will be provided by Phillips and Jordan (10142 Parkside Drive, Suite 500, Knoxville, TN 37922) under Pinellas County emergency agreement 25-00029-E as approved by Council on October 24,2024.  Phillips and Jordan has been approved to perform emergency services by the attached memo dated October 15, 2024; total cost of debris removal services is estimated to be $1,000,000.00 charged to P.O 20250013, account 001293-533109.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization for emergency disaster debris removal services to Phillips and Jordan in the amount estimated to be $1,000,000.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
