NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use for Sprowls Horizon Sports Park with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The Notice dictates that the park will be open to the public at reasonable times, will be operated in a safe and attractive manner, and will abide by the requirements of Chapter 62D-5.053-.059, F.A.C., relating to Florida Recreational Development Assistance Program funding for the Project Site.
