NOTE: This ordinance amends the Land Development Code to add a definition for “transit stop” under Article 15, Zoning. This update is intended to align with the Live Local Act, which references transit stops as defined by local municipalities. As the City currently does not have an established definition, this ordinance formally introduces one.
