NOTE:  The term for John Spagnola will expire on December 31, 2023.  He was first appointed on July 14, 2022, and has expressed a desire to continue to serve on the Code Enforcement Board for another three-year term.

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) The reappointment of John Spagnola to serve on the Code Enforcement Board for a three-year term to expire December 31, 2026.
