NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign a termination of perpetual maintenance agreement for 46th Street North. The road was originally planned to be utilized as a private driveway within public right-of-way as part of a redevelopment project. During permitting, the FDOT objected to this ingress/egress for the development to US Highway 19 North. The developer is proposing to eliminate and demolish the 46th Street North access point, negating the need for this maintenance agreement.
The current agreement is requested to be terminated with the condition that the applicant demolish the existing 46th Street North improvement and curb cut in accordance with their approved site plans.
