NOTE: This resolution approves the 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan, authorizes staff to submit the application, and authorizes the Mayor to contract with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $375,635.
CDBG funds will be used to continue the Harmony Heights Safety and Mobility Project ($325,635) and for Planning and Administration costs ($50,000).
In-kind or cash matches are not required by the CDBG program.
