NOTE:  Bids were legally advertised and nine (9) bids were received with Central Florida Contractors, Inc. (P.O Box 3987, Seminole, FL 33775) being the lowest bidder with a submittal of $2,088,997.84.  This is for the construction of the 118th Avenue Trail.  The account to be charged is 301481-562520, 24481/187.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny) Authorization to award bid 25.008, 118th Avenue Trail  to Central Florida Contractors, Inc. to be charged to the appropriate account.
