NOTE: The Wholesale Water Purchase Agreement expired on March 1, 2008. This authorizes the Mayor to sign an agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners for the purchase of wholesale water and defines Pinellas Park's water utility boundary. The agreement is for a period of 10 years.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an agreement for the purchase of Wholesale Water with Board of County Commissioners and the City of Pinellas Park.
