This project is for renovation of the property at 7900 49th Street (old H&R Train building) for the new Community Policing and Code Compliance offices. The account to be charged is 301175-562512, 25175/601 CONSTR. The amount budgeted for this project is $800,000.00.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to award bid ITB 25.007 Community Policing Renovation to Qualis General Contractors, LLC to be charged to the appropriate account.
