NOTE: This agreement replaces the prior 2001 wastewater service contract and establishes continued wholesale wastewater transmission, treatment, and disposal services provided by Pinellas County for flows originating within the City of Pinellas Park. The agreement defines responsibilities related to metering, billing, regulatory compliance, inflow and infiltration standards, service area boundary, and rate structure as adopted by the Board of County Commissioners. The agreement term is twenty years with an option for a five year extension.
