NOTE: Per Ordinance No. 2025-34, the previously appointed members of the Board of Adjustment (BOA) will be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve as alternate members for the remainder of their existing terms, all of which end on November 30, 2026. The current BOA members are Robert Andolina, Mario Simoes, Karol Singleton, and Cord St. Pierre.
