NOTE: Change Order No. 1 is recommended for approval. The Change Order represents additional Department of Housing and Urban Development funding through the CDBG Program. The total increase in the contract amount totals $344,111.10; an increase in the original contract amount by 22.6%. The additional funding will be utilized to replace additional curbing, sidewalks and asphalt within the Harmony Heights neighborhood. The account to be charged will be 301481-562538 23481/999-CONSTR IMPROVE.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for approval and acceptance of Change Order No. 1 Harmony Heights Sidewalks provided by Keystone Excavators, Inc., for a total adjusted contract amount of $1,812,324.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
