NOTE: This is an agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to conduct a roadway safety project in the Harmony Heights neighborhood. This agreement provides grant funds in the amount of $750,000.00. The City will provide $750,000.00 in match funds. This project is listed in the fiscal years 2025/2026 - 2029/2030 Capital Improvements Program on page 291 of the approved budget.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign Agreement Number 457151-1-54-01 with FDOT.
