NOTE: This authorizes the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board to accept a Warranty Deed transferring ownership of several City-owned lots located north of Sprowls Horizon Sports Park to the Pinellas Park CRA. The transfer supports the CRA's efforts within the redevelopment area. The Warranty Deed has been prepared and approved by the City Attorney.
