NOTE: This authorizes the purchase of an audiovisual presentation system from AVI-SPL, LLC, 6301 Benjamin Road, Suite 101, Tampa FL 33634. The system is to include three new flat panel displays, ceiling speakers and microphones, pan/tilt/zoom camera for web conferencing, a wall mounted control panel, and post-installation maintenance and support. Equipment is budgeted at $90,000.00 within project 20282/447 - IMPROVE, of the FY23-24 Capital Improvements Program, found on page 293 of the 2023-2024 Annual Budget. The total cost for purchase and installation is $75,387.28, to be charged to account 301282-562512.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase, under TIPS Contract 230901, Audiovisual Presentation System from AVI-SPL, LLC, Tampa, FL, at a cost of $75,387.27, to be charged to the appropriate account.
