NOTE: This is an ordinance to allow a major Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment to add a 120-unit hotel, approximately 28,000 square feet of retail, and a drive-thru bank and to establish new parcel lines via replat for The Shoppes at Park Place, generally located at 7200 U.S. Highway 19 N. (Companion to case CU-0126-00007.)
