NOTE: Change Order #1 represents Designs Services for the Park Boulevard and 60th Street North traffic signal. The services will be provided by Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (201 North Franklin Street, Suite 400, Tampa, FL 33602) who is currently under a continuing contract with the City of Pinellas Park. The cost for the additional design will not exceed $126,141.71, which represents a 243% increase, for a total project amount of $214,071.71 and will be charged to account 301781-562512 22781/600-CONSTR-NEWCONST (page 279 of FY 21-22 adopted budget).
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to approve Change Order #1 with an increase in the contract of $126,141.71 for Task Order 04/2022 under the City of Pinellas Park contract, 18-012, engineering services provided by Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp., for a total contract amount of $214,071.71 to be charged to the appropriate account.
