NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign an Integrated Supply Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Genuine Parts Company dba NAPA Auto Parts. In continuing our efforts to find savings and streamline our activities in Fleet, we are seeking approval to enter into an agreement with Genuine Parts Company doing business as NAPA Auto Parts for the purpose of operating the Parts Room for the City.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an Integrated Supply Agreement with Genuine Parts Company dba NAPA Auto Parts for the purpose of operating the Parts Room for the City. These services will be charged to the appropriate account.
