NOTE: The applicant is planning an expansion of the existing church and school in two phases. Phase I includes a new sanctuary, removal of the residence at the north side of the property, an expanded retention pond, and additional parking. Phase II includes demolishing the existing church, constructing a new school and playground, and expanding parking on the south side of the property.
