NOTE: City Council has conducted a comparison of the base salaries for City Managers and Administrators in Pinellas County, and deems it appropriate to make a salary adjustment for the base salary of City Manager Doug Lewis as per his contract to the current amount of $174,500, plus an annual car allowance of $5,000, with all other terms of the contract remaining the same.
